About the company

     Our company was established on 23 February 1982. In the early years we engaged in the manufacturing of electronic toys and extension cords.

In 1989 we began manufacturing studs and screws in a whole range of sizes (in accordance with PN86/M-82125, PN86/M-82101, PN86/M-82105). We are engaged in the manufacturing of these items to this day.

The main consumers of the above mentioned fasteners are Polish shipyards, among others the Szczecin Shipyard, “Gryfia” Ship Repair Yard, Świnoujście Maritime Ship Repair Yard, etc..

On account of the lack of manufacturers in our market of untypical fastening elements, such as untypical screws, nuts, washers, split pins, bolts and pins, we strive to fill this void by manufacturing to individual orders all types of untypical screw elements in individual and stock amounts. The materials we offer to clients are steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, plastic.

Since 1990 we have engaged in services in the scope of manufacturing all untypical elements using machine cutting and metal working methods. We own many lathes, milling machines, presses, automatic lathes, welding equipment, drills, grinders, compressors, etc.. We manufacture all items according to orders, drawings and specimens. Among others, we manufacture:

• multi-format items from stainless steel used as tilt gates for ships manufactured in Norway,
• rudder stock installed on yachts manufactured in Germany,
• axises and shafts to 55 mm in diameter and 3500 mm in length,
• cast-iron processing and forging to 550 mm in diameter,
• various types of stainless steel items for installation on yachts,
• welding works
• many different types of elements to individual order for companies and private individuals.

We also manufacture metal constructions, among others railings from stainless steel installed in banks, stores and shopping centres, as well as bars, gates, fences, stairs, ladders and other items from steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium.

In 1993 we began new activities in the scope of semi-finished products from coloured metals. Our offer is based on semi-finished products manufactured by Polish steel works, namely:

• bars and rods – round, hexagonal, square, rectangular from copper, brass, aluminium and bronze
• sections – from copper, brass and aluminium
• sheet metal – from copper, brass and aluminium
• ribbons – from copper, brass and aluminium
• pipes – from copper, bronze, brass and aluminium

We are continuously expanding our offer in the scope of the above mentioned semi-finished products, moreover the possibility exits of manufacturing items from the above mentioned materials according to individual orders.
